It provides a Web service allowing access to extra system facilities using a Web browser, as well as remote access to the MailGate log file via the Log File Viewer utility, and also a full Webmail system that allows email to be sent and received using a Web browser. The extension provides Web access to individual user mailboxes to allow users to configure their own settings and manage their mailbox content. There is an admin function to allow the system administrator to control which settings the user can access and change some of the main system settings.
