Q. Can I save e-mail addresses from Outlook Express to add to the "Friendly From Addresses"?
A. This can be achieved by following the instructions below:
- Click on File | Export | Address Book.
- Select "Text File (Comma Separated Values)", and click Export.
- Next you'll see a field named "Save exported file as:", click the Browse button.
- Find a directory where you wish to save the list, set the "File Name" field to "list.txt" and click Save.
- Click the Next button, on the next screen uncheck all boxes except "E-mail address", and click the Finnish button.
You'll find a file called list.txt wherever you decided to save it, this will open in Notepad and you can cut and paste the e-mail addresses.
