MailGate Support Issues
Q. I keep getting sporadic Socket errors "11001" and "10065", what's wrong?
A. If you have more than one network card and see the following errors appearing sporadically...
- Socket error 11001 (Name lookup - Authoritative answer: Host not found)
occurred whilst trying to communicate with www.mailgate.com
- Socket error 10065 (Host unreachable) occurred whilst trying to communicate with www.mailgate.com.
...this could be caused by Windows occasionally routing through the wrong one.
Check the TCP/IP settings for your adapters.
