1.1  ENH0106 - Added a Template List against which default settings
     can be made. These settings are then copied when creating a 
     new list.

1.2  ENH0107 - Added a Global Settings tab and added three settings
     to control and delay the list output to prevent overloading 
     the transmission mail servers.

Welcome to this first beta release of the List Manager Extension.

To install the module, download and run the installer executable
file. This will install the required components for the module.

You must now configure the module. Double click on the
List Manager item in the Extensions section of the user interface
to access the configuration screens.

To activate the module, you will need to stop and re-start
the MailGate service.

Please consult the help text for details on how to use the module.
